Firat Ertem founded the Media and Mobile Services Division of Genpa, the largest GSM Retailer in Turkey, and provided solutions and value added services for Genpa Sales Points.

In 2007, he launched the “Turkcell ExpertsTV” service, which received the best 3G-service award in the Content Services Category from Turkcell. He also conceptualized and launched the “Targeted IVR” service with Turkcell.

At the beginning of 2009, he started the Mobile Marketing at Rabarba, working with 25 national and multinational brands, where he accomplished the award winning cases with PepsiCo brands like Pepsi, Doritos and Lay’s, Unilever brands like Lipton, Axe, Clear Men and Cornetto, Tuborg, Carlsberg, Selpak, Kanyon, Vogue, Garanti Bank, Pınar. These projects won more than 30 awards; MMA The Smarties Awards, Effie, Mixx, EMMA, Kristal Elma, Felis also awards from Avea and Turkcell.

Since March 2013 Mr.Lama is giving services to clients at Akaretler İstanbul.
